Our in-house design team engineered the crane as a single-piece girder without any joints, ensuring greater structural integrity and smooth operation. The crane was custom-built as per the client’s site conditions and lifting requirements. The entire project, from design to final installation, took approximately 60 working days.
🚛 Transportation Challenges
One of the biggest hurdles in this project was transporting the 30-meter-long girder to the site. The narrow and winding roads in Udupi’s industrial area posed a serious logistical challenge. Transporting a structure of such length and weight without compromising on safety or causing delays required careful route planning and coordination.
